MY STORY
so far.
I’ve been fortunate to lead and work with amazing people and companies throughout my career.
I started at the very bottom — filing, dialling, data-capturing — grinding my way up until I was running teams across the country. I know what it’s like down in the trenches, wrestling with big ambitions and even bigger dreams.
Since 1999, I’ve gained experience in leadership, client service, business development, sales, and process optimisation at top organisations like Discovery Health, FirstRand, and Edcon. Over the years, I’ve helped businesses navigate challenges, grow their teams, and refine their strategies for success.
I hold multiple postgraduate degrees from prestigious institutions like the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and Henley Business School, alongside a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification and Level 1 RE (Key Individuals and Representatives). I’m also a proud former fast food franchise owner — an experience that ignited my entrepreneurial spirit and taught me what it really takes to make a business soar. Sure, it’s cool to have qualifications, but what truly drives me is a passion for solving problems and helping others succeed.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two amazing sons and an avid runner (I completed my first Comrades Marathon in 2025!). I’m also a drummer at my church — and when I need a boost or some fresh inspiration, you’ll find me soaking up nature, and recharging for whatever’s next.

STARTED MY
I launched this consulting business because I believe every company — no matter how big or small — deserves access to expert guidance. The traditional consulting industry tends to serve only the big players, leaving small and medium-sized businesses without affordable options. I wanted to change that.
